I look forward to a mutual interaction with you all and it is my hope that this platform would serve as a place where you can also relax and enjoy the beauty that photography brings to the soul. My best regards and I hope you enjoy the experience.

The Heritage Project

“close to everything far from ordinary”

Am glad to finally close the first phase of “The Heritage At Silver Springproject. This cooperate project kicked off about a month ago with the goal of introducing one of the most sort after prime Real Estate in Downtown Silver Spring, MD. Client was in the final phase of construction and wanted to launch the property’s online profile by showcasing the blossoming Downtown city life as well as its proximity to Silver Spring Metro station. Images were acquired in time for the official launch date. I had quite a soothing feeling when I finally got the chance to view the site as well as brochures portraying exactly the feel the client sort to achieve.

It was interesting to find out that this building has a unique connection to history, a significant historic relic that was literally preserved in the final design by the architect!

You may view site here to read more about its historic past and view their final image selection from my final file submission.

Here is how the shot above was used in their brochure!

The Downtown City Life

Then I was recently re-invited by The Heritage  Management Team to capture it’s “Launch Party” at Cooper Canyon Grill, Downtown Silver Spring

Meet the Management Team above – these two were awesome, worked every step of the way with me despite a few scheduling & weather challenges

Excellent food and service!

If I recalled right, above is the very 1st tenant possing with management!
